Keto Recipe's and Meals that will Change your Life

New York/Ribeye/Top Sirloin

Steak Grilled – It's best to buy beef and other meat in bulk when possible. In the Western US we have Costco, which has Prime Beef at unbeatable prices.

Brush steak with soy or tamari, dry rub with fav seasoning and grill rare to medium. I buy horseradish in 1 gal containers, break it up into 16 oz tubs and freeze. I love horseradish and it has great health properties! A good way to finish off a steak dinner (no potatoes, grain or rice of course) is with a good yogurt, like Chobani.

Chicken Breast in Japanese BBQ Sauce

I buy organic chicken breast at Costco, I also buy Bachanan's Japanese BBQ sauce and bake the chicken at 350 for 45 mins or so. No rice, no veg, just the protein!

Grass Fed Kielbasa in Saurkraut

Roast up your sausages for 20-25 mins, then top with probiotic saurkraut. Use tongs to grab the kraut and drain off the liquid then top it over the already bakes sausages for another 10 mins or so. Add some good mustard and enjoy!

Almond flour honey butter fudge

Melt 2 sticks of butter in a sauce pot, add 2 slightly rounded cups of almond flour, ½ cup honey and some vanilla and cinnamon. Melt it all in a pot, stir, fill into small glass brownie dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. This is a great tasty anytime of day snack, or dessert! I just added a spreadable creme cheese (after it's baked!) on top of this and oh my, my. If you want it more fudge like, keep the almond flour at level 2 cups, if you want it more cake like round the flour up a bit.

Killer Keto Tacos

You can pre cook the ground beef and freeze, then you have instant tacos on the fly. 2 packs of organic ground beef cooked in 2 onions, browned in olive oil. Pre brown the onions then add the beef and cook. When done either make tacos, or freeze in 16 oz tubs. But almond keto taco shells, grate some cheese, warm the beef in the micro and make your tacos. I do them in the microwave.

Wagyu Beef Treats

Mix 2 packs Wagyu ground beef (wagyu has a very light oil to it, great for skin etc.) with 4-5 TBLS soy or tamari, 2 TBLS Worchester, Montreal Steak seasoning or salt pepper etc. Options are paparika, also finely chopped jalapeno or red hot peppers finely diced (be careful on those, but soooo good!). Use a flat spatula to make small patties at the grill, wagyu is sticky so hand forming is kinda messy. Grill the patties about 10 minutes a side, not much more or you just lose all the great oils in the meat to the grill. Let them cool and dry out then pack in a sealed container in fridge, should be good for 10 days with the salt content.

This is how I try to eat at home. Most of my cheater meals (eating whatever I want) are when I eat out. I can't really eat a plate of fries anymore, but I can eat half with hamburger, or a pizza out now and then. I try to eat at least 70%-80% of my meals Keto, which includes 4 huge strips of uncured bacon and 4 organic eggs, about 5 days a week. I drink special made "half caff" coffee in the mornings as I get up early and like to ease into the morning. Good keto diet, plenty of exercise and Tonic Shelf Quinine Citrus Tonic can change your life!
